Does it seem like there are no more websites for good, free-of-charge marketing on the Internet anymore?

We at Finger Lakes dot Net were thinking the same thing. So, we created a free-of-charge marketing resource for our friends in the Finger Lakes wine industry.

FingerLakes.Net/WineNews is an Internet publication for wineries to tell the world about the good things happening around them.  Updates to the publication will be released on the 1st and 15th of each month. All you need to do is submit your news, with a link to your website, to jeff.ellis@fingerlakes.net by the 10th or 25th day of any given month.

Here are the types of information we recommend that you send to us:

• wine releases
• pictures and stories of recent special events
• awards
• recent ratings by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, etc.
• significant staff changes
• upgrades to your facilities
• press releases
• links to articles about your winery in other publications

We highly recommend including an image with your story.  It will really help to get your story noticed.
